| All supply and return ductwork is Insulated and pinned. |

| No flex duct will be used on our jobs except where absolutely necessary. Flex duct has higher static pressure, which decreases airflow to the registers. In most cases, flex duct is made of plastic, which deteriorates over time. |

| New house jobs include returns in every room except closets, utility rooms and most bathrooms. Most basements will require multiple returns. |

| All jobs include high efficiency media air cleaners unless not adaptable. |

| Media air cleaners will keep the equipment clean and help maintain maximum airflow throughout the life of the system. |

| We recommend variable speed air handlers that in turn make for quieter systems, better air flow and help lower utility bills. |

| We will figure the most efficient and quietest install possible. |

| We provide quality, economical fully warranted systems, and back them with great service. |

| We start up all units and check to insure maximum quietness and efficiency. |

| We will remove all trash and debris created by us from the job site. |

| We will remove old equipment replaced by us unless requested not to by the customer. |

| We always price our best work. Lower grade components can be priced per customer request, but are not recommended by us. |
